I normally use a pellet grill and wanted to add the option of a true BBQ for my steaks and meats that benefit with the use of charcoal. The electric start has worked well. My issues with the grill are the fact that the temperature control for the airflow will not stay in the set position requiring constant adjustment. The other challenge is that the grill size is too small...and it limits your cooking style and quantity of food.
The thing I do like about it is the 4 temperature probes that allow me to monitor each steak that I'm cooking to ensure that they are perfect. This is a good feature because it is best to cook with the lid closed to capture the heat.
