With Its amber yellow colour, the balanced granulometria and the gluten elasticity, make the this semolina ideal for sprinkling and gold and fragrant food. Caputo uses a very slow grinding method, linked to the ancient art of milling. This allows them to obtain very high quality flours without damaging the starches, the organoleptic properties and above all the authenticity of the taste.
